1. Overview

This policy explains how service cancellations and refunds are handled for consultancy and processing fees charged by RSS PAY FINSERVE. This policy does not cover charges levied directly by banks, NBFCs, insurers or government departments, which are governed by their own refund terms.

2. Cancellation by Client

You may request cancellation of a service before processing has commenced (i.e., before documents are submitted to the concerned bank, NBFC, insurer or authority) by writing to us. Once an application has been submitted to a third party, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Full refund of our consultancy fee if cancellation is requested before processing begins.
• Partial refund, at our discretion, if cancellation is requested after partial work has been completed.
• No refund once an application has been successfully submitted and accepted by the concerned bank, NBFC, insurer or government authority.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Statutory fees, government charges and third-party charges (e.g., portal fees, stamp duty) already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.
