Certificates, filings, approvals and other outputs (such as GST certificates, incorporation certificates, ITR acknowledgements or loan sanction letters) are delivered to you electronically via email or WhatsApp, or through the respective government/bank portal, as applicable.
Delivery timelines vary by service and depend on the processing time of the concerned bank, NBFC, insurer or government authority. Estimated timelines will be communicated by your advisor at the time of application.
In rare cases where a physical document (e.g., a physical share certificate or policy document) is issued by a third-party institution, delivery of that physical document is handled directly by the issuing institution as per their own policy.
